Question: Jereimah is 14 months old. He can sit up and roll to move around. He has not started to crawl or walk. How might these delays affect his language development?

Coleman is 18 months old. He does not engage in joint attention or use any gestures. Why is this concerning in regards to his language development? Speak of the importance of these acts in the development of language.
