2. Categorize your capacity decisions in the previous question as level capacity, chasing demand, and managing demand strategies, and explain your reasons for such categorization.
3. How might these decisions influence the quality of service, the cost of service, the satisfaction of customers, and the timing of service offerings?
4. Consider some challenges or difficult circumstances that demand might not meet the capacity. Then, describe a few of them and propose your solutions to them. (i.e., explain how you manage/chase demand).
