Question #1 The global pandemic.

If you didn't notice, this budget was completed on March 5, 2020. A ton of work went into it. Can you imagine what the budget people were thinking 15 days later when the world shut down because of Covid? My question is this: Imagine it is July 28, 2020 - just a couple of months after the budget was adopted but the world and the economy in an entirely different place. As the Mayor's budget advisor, what are you worried about? What does the Mayor need to know or worry about? How might the current plans/projections change?
