Question: Which is an interview with James Clear. He is a New York Times best-selling author. His book Atomic Habits presents many powerful ideas on how making tiny changes in our lives, can lead to life-changing growth. You will find may interviews, cartoons, and excerpts on YOUTUBE, and you may watch as many as you want. However, the assignment is based on the interview noted because I have found it does a rather thorough and clear presentation of his many valuable ideas. Of course, the book is available in the NY Public Library system and fairly inexpensively, new and used, on Amazon. It is well worth owning and reading and practicing his principles...however, you will get a great intro from watching this interview.
