Using an old pair of reading glasses or sunglasses, place a circular sticker on the center of each lens. If you do not have a circle shaped sticker, you can cut any sticker into a round shape or you can cut a piece of masking tape or duck tape into a small circle. You may want to tape a small edge of the sticker together to make it easier to remove at the end of the activity.

Next coat the surface of the glasses with a thin layer or chapstick, lotion or vaseline.
Put on the glasses and read the label on a bottle of medicine. It can be a prescribed medicine or an OTC medication.
Put on the glasses and read a portion of a book, magazine or newspaper.
