The questions for this week are centered on organization and employee development. Each of you will be required to research learning organizations and define why sharing information is critical to these type organizations in comparison to efficient performance organizations.

You will need to look at the structure, tasks, strategy, and culture of these organizations. You will also research to analyze nonprofit versus for-profit organizations. Research will be required on employee development and the impact on productivity. Each of you will also have analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of a police department.

In the end, you will need to show an understanding of which items an organization should outsource. The complete assignment should include a biblical perspective.
