Question - We are all are aware that a strain of coronavirus (COVID-19) that has spread throughout the world during 2020. You are also probably aware that concerns, both real and potential, rocked the world marketplaces. Equity markets sold of sharply during the spring only to recover over the summer months. Although we have yet to cover investments in this course I would like for us to discuss how this event has/continues to/may impact our financial situations. Consider the following questions as a basis for discussion. In the circles in which you travel are people talking about the virus? If so, are they concerned about how it may impact them?  How has the virus affected world/domestic/local markets? How may the virus possibly affect our personal finances? Does the outbreak make any financial/economic opportunities?
