The minimum tick (price fluctuation) is $0.01 per barrel and the dollar value of one tick is $10 per barrel.
The standard deviation of daily changes of the spot fuel's price changes is 0.85 and the standard deviation of daily changes in the WTI crude oil futures is 0. 0.625.
