Mr. Saad is planning to finance his college education be selling books at the his university. There is a fixed cost of $400 for printing the books, and the variable cost is $3. There is also a $1000 fee that is paid for the University for the Right to sell those books. If he was able to sell each book for $5

A) How many would he has to sell in order to break even?

B) If he was able to sell 600 books will he make a profit or loss? Explain you answer.

C) Mr. Saad now believes that he will sell only 500 books, if it is possible to raise the selling price of the book and still sell 500 books, what would the price have to be for Saad to break even by selling 500 books?
