Question 1 How many members are dual visits with both THER/PSYCH Providers

To perform the given mysql queries, all the tables will be imported in the database.For checking dual visits with both THER/PSYCH 'IN' clause is used to find the same member_id exists in both THER, PSYCH service line.To find the visit length of the service line TIMEDIFF clause is used. 'AVG' clause is used for finding the average visit length per each service_line. 'COUNT' clause is used to find the total states with active providers. 'COUNT' and 'GROUP BY' clause is used to find providers who are double booked.
