Herr Buja runs a small Segway rental business in Zurich. On average, tourists who want to see the city on a Segway come every 30 minutes (with a coefficient of variation of 1, no seasonality exists). Herr Buja has 8 Segways and will give one to a tourist if it is available. On average, a tourist will return the Segway to Herr Buja in 2 hours (with a standard deviation of 2 hours). Herr Buja’s Segway rental shop operates from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm a day.
