Anne works at an urgent care clinic where patients are seen on a walk-in basis. On a busy Saturday, she sees one patient after another with no breaks in between. This goes on throughout her seven-hour shift. If Anne sees each patient for 20 minutes and spends 10 minutes between patients cleaning up and preparing the room for the next patient, how many patients can Anne see during her seven-hour shift?
