Local hunters deliver opossums to Grabiec Fur Enterprises(GFE). GFE skins the animals for fur and sells the fur and byproducts to a local distributor. GFE notices that opossum arrival and processing follows a Poisson process.

The arrival rate is 10 opossums per hour and the skinning rate is 6 possums per hour per employee. GFE is a locally run business with 2 employees(skinners) being run out of a family garage. Due to spoilage they cannot have more 6 possums waiting to be skinned at any point in time.
