Case: An apparently healthy female aged 65 years (Height 1.68 m and body mass 83 kg) scored good on all of the PALM test components. Her job as a research analyst is sedentary, she has little daily active transport.Daily household chores are not demanding. Her resting blood pressure is 130/78 mmHg. Body mass has been stable for the past 5 years and the client's dietary habits are healthy and stable.
For overall metabolic conditioning the client has been walking on a treadmill 4 times per week 30 minutes for the past year. Once the treadmill work is completed the client performs a circuit of the following activities:march on the spot for a 20 count, performs the 6 full bird dog movements (each movement held for a 10 count), then 1 clustered set of 10 triceps push-ups (knee pivot), then 1 set of 20 dead bug abdominal work (each curl up is held for a 10 second count), then I set of 10 repetitions of the superman movements with arms and legs elevated and held for a 10 count, this is followed by the following mobility movements: arm angels, adductor rock with rotation, reach-through to T- spine rotation, finishing up with 6 downward dog movements. The client has healthy and stable eating habits and has managed to lose 3 kg over the past 12 months. The client's waist circumference decreased by 5 cm over the past 12 months (105 to 99 cm). The client enjoys her activity program
Following is her treadmill program.

Question 1. How many net kilocalories does the client expend during the 30-minute treadmill session and per week?
Question 2. The client is enjoying her program but would like to know why they have not lost more body mass. Your response cannot exceed 300 words and must also refer to the Physical Activity Dose-Response relationship schematic and the Harmonization of different expressions of relative intensities for constant steady state exercise prescription for activities lasting 30 to 60 min table.
Question 3. What would you expect the blood pressure to be at 3.2 mph -11% grade or elevation.
