Ceftriaxone 50 mg/kg IV daily; Ibuprofen 20 mg PO q8h PRN for temperature greater than 37.5 (include parameter - degrees Celsius); Acetaminophen 64 mg PO q4h PRN for temperature greater than 37.5 C.

Ibuprofen is available 50mg/1.25mL. The safe dose range for Ibuprofen is 5-10 mg/kg PO q6-8h PRN.

Acetaminophen is available 160mg/5mL.The safe dose range for Acetaminophen is 10-15 mg/kg q4-6h PRN.
