Budgeted Bike Production for November 100 bikes

Budgeted Bike Production for December 120 bikes

Cash Collected from Sales in November $40,000

Cash Available on November 1 $5,000

Cash Disbursements in November $25,000

Interest Paid During November $500

The ending raw materials inventory equals 25% of the following month's raw material production needs. Each unit of finished goods requires 60 inches of raw materials. The raw materials cost $3.50 per inch. How many inches of raw materials should be purchased in November? Please note the production needs for each month are listed in the table.
