So, I think it would be almost a scam, if not, then just a really good sales tactic to do so. The average ESP can be calculated and mentioned as an average for your type of company, but again, it is not possible to know exact numbers. As you mentioned, the best time to measure an accurate ESP is to measure the busiest time, make a baseline and measure the time when there is no activity.
