Please help me answer/make up the following questions about a car wash and auto detailing business in the form of a narrative (see example below)
-How many customers do you guys have per day?
-Do you have more consumer-type customers or more business-type customers?
-What is the marketing strategy of the business(how often do you get customers)?
-What are the prices for the different services offered?
Open questions (things you don't know but wish you did). This should be a narrative; that is, it should read like a story. For the example above (the small restaurant), part of the narrative could read as follows:
On the inventory-keeping front, we know it is being "roughly estimated" and that that the method is defective and leads to poor performance. However, we do not currently know how that estimate is made or how frequently it is being conducted. We also do not have a good understanding of what exactly needs to be inventoried. We assume that meat, buns and toppings are highlights, but we recognise that there is much more to running a successful restaurant than the raw ingredients that make up the meals. There is cleaning to be done, for example, and takeaway boxes to be provided for that type of patrons. There are also perishable and non-perishable items. It therefore becomes crucial to determine what broad categories of items are needed as well as a rough idea of their respective turnover rate in terms of days, weeks or months.
