2. Using 16k x 8 memory chips, draw the circuit required for a 64k x 32 memory. Include the memory chips and the necessary decoding logic (no gates required). How many address lines are required? How many are for the chip select (for selecting a row of chips) and how many are for the chip offset (for selecting a location in the row of chips in question)? What would be required if you did byte addressing instead of word addressing?
