Through the process of photo synthesis, trees remove carbon from the atmosphere and store it as cellulose, lignin, and other compounds. A certain forest of Douglas fir has a net sequestration of 3.27 metric tons of Carbon/hectares/year. How many acres of forest would need to be planted to offset the use of 3 vehicles?
