A cannon is fired from Fort George (Niagara-on-the-Lake) towards Fort Niagara (Lewiston, New York) during the War of 1812. Fort George is on a 100 metres cliff above level ground. The launch speed of the cannon is 100 m/s at an angle of 20 degrees. Assuming no air resistance. Determine:

a) how long the cannon ball will be in the air?

b) the peak height of the cannon ball.

c) if the ball will clear the Fort Niagara wall of 10 m (the wall is 850 m away from the base of the cliff)

d) the range with no wall to possibly impede the cannon ball
