Solve the all parts of given question:

Question: A ball is thrown vertically upward with a speed of 16.0 m/s.

Part I: How high does it rise?

Part II: How long does it take to reach its highest point?

Part III: How long does the ball take to hit the ground after it reaches its highest point?

Part IV: What is its velocity when it returns to the level from which it started?

I am having a hard time understanding these questions. So if you answer please explain how you found the answers.
