Here is the problem which I am struggling on, please help me!

Problem: How long a pipe is needed to make a tuba whose lowest note is low C (frequency 129.9 Hz)? Assume that a tuba is a long straight pipe open at both ends. (Take the speed of sound to be 343 m/s).
