When he and his mother arrive for the first session, you realize the mother does not read or write in English. The client is bilingual and interprets for his mother when you talk with her. However you need to have her sign a number of forms for the intake process that are all in English. When you address this issue with your supervisor, he says the center doesn't have any resources for "those people" and you should just do whatever you need to do to bill for treating the child.
