3. An analysis of the quality score trends found on the "Multi-Hospital System Strategy Template." Consider the size of each of the acquired hospitals, the annual revenue of each individual hospital and the system as a whole, and any observable patterns for lower quality scores.
4. A clear statement of and rationale for your recommended prioritization of the order in which the hospitals will receive the quality improvement solution.
