Case: TLC Inc., a local company, is having challenges recruiting and retaining its employees. Ajay, its General Manager, comes to you for advice and after a needs analysis, you determine that TLC Inc. has a weak Employer Branding message ... no wonder it cannot attract a large pool of qualified talent nor keep them!
