Please read the SG Cowan: New Recuits case. (Can find it in internet.) In the previous week, we looked at the external environment to understand the opportunities and threats facing Lockheed Martin. This week we are now assessing an internal system to better understand the strengths and weaknesses. While reading the case, consider the strengths and weaknesses of the process and write a 750 word post describing the system, its strengths and weaknesses. Be sure your post addresses the following:
