What skills and abilities does a manager need to lead effectively in a virtual environment
Do you believe a leader with consideration, transformational or transactional would be most successful in a virtual environment?
You are a manger of a very fast-paced environment. You observe changes in attitude especially among older employees. This has caused increased turnover of new employees. What type of employees would you consider to be good mentors?
Should you instead look a having external mentors who would meet with employees to increase their job skills?
Two competitive organizations are joining. One organization is acquiring a smaller business that is vital to the larger organizations survival ( for example think of a software company acquiring a smaller successful business with newer software programs.)
What would you develop as a plan to have the employees work together?
You do not want large employee turnover. You want the employees to work together.
