Assessment Description - Pick any organisation of your choice. It must be an organisation for which it's possible to access information about its HR practices. Using a report format, address the following factors:
1. How is the organisation trying to improve the performance of its workforce?
2. How is the organisation trying to improve its culture?
3. How is the organisation trying to improve rates of employee engagement?
4. What recommendations do you have that could enhance those three HR strategies?
To sufficiently answer those questions, you need to incorporate the following considerations:
The format of your report should include the following sections:
Word Count: 1,500 words. Assessment Marking Rubric: Overall structure (5 marks) - The intro clearly states the aims and structure; the conclusion is a solid summary; and Harvard referencing is used correctly. Performance-related initiatives (5 marks) - The initiatives and measures are not only connected and well worded but also supported by research. Culture-related initiatives (5 marks) - The initiatives and type of culture are not only accurate and expertly worded but also supported by research. Engagement-related initiatives (5 marks) - There is no doubt, by the way the initiatives and evidence are presented, that these would be a success. Recommendations (5 marks) - Recommendations are articulately and compellingly worded, and are justified by references to theory.
Topic: Others Though I have mentioned subject topic as Operations management I don't know under which topic it comes so I have stated this as Others. This is the second copy of the same assignment. So strictly it should be different from the previous one. The referencing style should be Harvard Referencing style with In Text and End of the Text. The format of the report is given in the Assessment Outline itself so please follow that. The references should be genuine with 5 references at least in the assignment.
