With a reputation of being the fifth largest in the United States, there is a lot at stake for the company. Here is an analysis of its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Conclusion: The Southwest Airlines is a strategically managed company. Its management culture places it above any competition, and that is the reason it has become a big player in the industry. The SWOT analysis will help the company reach even greater heights by taming its weaknesses, building on its strengths, and venturing into its newly found opportunities.
