Questions: please address the following instructions:

1. Using the either of the links provided below, select one company on which to focus. You will see in the first link there are videos embedded in the website. In the second link, video links are provided in blue (company name) which will take you to the video. I did check the links, but if one company video or link doesn't work, simply select another.
2. Watch your selected company's culture video and answer the following questions: Describe the company culture. Is the culture strong? How is the culture aligned with business' goals and/or strategies?
3. Orientation is a very important part of the new employee onboarding experience. How would you integrate the culture of your selected company into an orientation? Use Toolkit 6.1 to get an understanding of what may be included in an orientation.
4. Read the posting and watch the associated video of at least two other students and comment on their discussion posting. The response should be thoughtful and should add a new and or unique contribution to the discussion. Each initial response should be at least a paragraph.
