Reaction of the enzyme with substrate can be described by simple equilibrium:

E + S ↔ ES,

where E, S and ES are enzyme, substrate and enzyme-substrate complex.

Experiment shows equilibrium constant for the formation of certain enzyme-substrate complex is increasing with increasing temperature.

(a) Assuming deltaH is constant in this temperature range, how is deltaG of the reaction changing with temperature?

(b) Does entropy increase or decrease in the reaction?

(c) Based on the above data, suggest the intermolecular force that mainly govern the formation of the enzyme-substrate complex in this case.
