CLASSMATE'S POST

Bill Gates would not be as successful as he is without his knowledge on communicational impact of an organization. Communication could drive change in an organization because if the information is not delivered accurately or timely, it could cause problems in the solutions. Remember playing the game telephone as a kid, you would start by telling one person something, then by the time it reached to the last person, it would be a completely different sentence. This goes hand in hand in the workforce. If the information is not relayed correctly, and to everyone involved, how accurate will your results be? It is important for upper management to keep this in mind. Even if the lower employees do not need to hear the information, they may need to know what is actually going on in their company so they can continue to create that layer of work for what is really needed.
