I need to meet the PICOT Question: In 22 ADN students, how effective is filling out nurse report sheets and handoff sheets at the start of shift compared to using concept care maps in their last clinical exposure in terms of critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and judgment skills in 6 weeks?

QUESTION 1.
Using nurse report sheets and SBAR forms may be beneficial in assisting ADN students in improving their critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills. The findings of the study highlight how important it is to supply students with the appropriate instruments and resources that will help them achieve success in their clinical experiences.
QUESTION 2.
