Question: This assignment is to help graduate students examine effective, evidence-based approaches to nutrition for specific sports or exercise based on peer-reviewed, original research. You will need to prepare an annotated bibliography with 4 journal articles published within the last 10 years (in the US) about nutrition and sports). Three of these articles must be peer-reviewed. Citations should be in APA 7 format. For APA citations, look on the internet for information. Here is a link. Each student must select a unique topic. You might focus on nutrition and endurance sports or exercise, such as tri-athletes or marathon running. You could focus on current topics related to carbohydrate intake for athletes or protein intake for athletes. If you do not choose one of the topics above, please get your topic approved before beginning your research.
