Mazuri Ltd is a young Software Tech Company in Nairobi with 15 employees.

The company has registered good profits over the three years in existence. The CEO's vision is to expand into all the countries of East Africa - Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Burundi in the next five years.

As the HR Manager, the CEO instructs you to develop a proposal, which will advise the Board of Management at Mazuri Ltd on how the HR department can turn this vision into a reality.
