Find a non-UK company and create a digital poster explaining the following:
1. How Hofstede cultural dimensions apply to your chosen country? (use Hofstede model here)
2. What leadership style, management approach and organisational culture are adopted in your chosen organisation and why? (please use leadership theories, Hofstede, Trompanaars and types of organisational cultures models to support your argument here, as appropriate)
3. How does the adopted leadership, management style and organisational culture impact on employees' motivation? (Use motivation theories such as Hertzberg, Maslow, equity, goal setting theory to support your argument here, as appropriate)
4. Do you think the same leadership and management style would work in the UK? Why? Or why not? (Use Hall high/low context and Hofstede to support your argument here, as appropriate).
Your poster should include the following sections: Introduction: Brief introduction to your chosen company (country, industry, number of staff and any other features etc.).
Body of the poster: Answer your four questions above using the relevant theories to support your answers.
Conclusion: Conclude the main ideas of your poster and any recommendations you may have for your chosen organisation to improve in the future.
List of references: list all references you used in your poster here. Please ensure that you have cited these in the body of the poster as well.
