Problem: A black bear of mass 68.8 kg is sitting in a children's play pool filled with water. The total mass of the water in the pool is 120 kg. The water is at a temperature of 35.0oC. Suppose that the water were to cool down spontaneously to 10oC, and that all the energy released was used to launch the bear vertically in the air.

Part A- How high would the bear go?

I need the right solution and steps of solving this problem. Thanks!
