How has the average health care consumer demographic changed?
What role have technological advances played in health care marketing?
How has social media affected the way people view health care? What does that mean for health care organizations?
For example, if your hospital received terrible reviews on Healthgrades, Facebook, Yelp, and/or other social media sites, how would you manage the message and turn the situation around?
Will technology and/or social media play a part in marketing your proposed program? How?
