Select two of them and consider them for answering the following questions. -Identify your two topics of interest. For one of the topics, describe a current strength, while for the other topic outline a current opportunity for development. Why are the two topics you selected important to you and your career development? Have they impacted your career (positively or negatively) to date? If so, how?
-What would you like to improve in the two topics selected? What is your plan for doing so? Present your plans as goals (one for each topic). Your goals must be SMART - Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic and Timely.
