4) What did you learn from the assessments (used throughout the course) and your final project relative to management

5) The Conclusion

The final self-development paper should be reflective in nature however, should also clearly cite managerial theory and give proper credit to the original authors. APA Style should be used. 1" margins, 12 font (Times New Roman), title page, and headers used in body and running header.

Increase paper readability by using headers to organize your thoughts and create a better flow. This is an expectation for all submissions.
