Case Study: You have been hired as a human resource consultant for a growing technology firm, Innovative Solutions, based in Silicon Valley. You are part of the growing contingent workforce for the company as they transition from hiring full-time employees to more contract workers and employees. They are following this practice to better manage their workforce expenses. They are also exploring the use of robots and artificial intelligence. Your expertise is consulting with firms that seek alternatives to reduce their workforce (except for necessary positions) and instead use robots and artificial intelligence to staff positions.

The use of robots and artificial intelligence is, of course, a growing alternative for organizations. The president of Innovative Solutions has hired you to provide a strategic analysis of the use of robots and artificial intelligence in their workplace. Specifically, she has requested you complete a 2-3 page Executive Summary that addresses the following:
