We have talked repeatedly about communication as a critical feature of any sexual encounter, and this is a theme that will continue to be present throughout the rest of the semester. Write a 4 to 5 pages story or script between two (or more) people who are interested in having sex, including what they might say to each other to initiate sex, as well as to give or refuse consent.

1. Your story should set the scene and include who the people are, the length of their relationship (i.e. casual, serious, new, long-term) and the context of the interaction (i.e. at home, at a bar/party, over dinner, text, etc.) in addition to the words that they would use.

2. Your scene should show positive communication. Your characters may refuse to give consent, but boundaries should be respected. No assault scenes, please!

3. Feel free to use language or activities that feel true to your characters and scene. This means that you can be explicit with your word choices and how far you want your characters to go sexually.

4. You can write it in the form of a story or as a script for a movie/play.

5. If you are having difficulty filling 4 to 5 pages, then that means that you are not going into enough detail.
