Solve the each part of given question:

Question: You throw a billiard ball straight into the air from a height of 1.30 m and at a speed of 7.20 m/s. The moment the ball leaves your hand you start running away, speeding up at a constant acceleration of 2.50 m/s2.

Part A: What is your speed, the moment the ball reaches its highest point?

Part B: How far you are, the moment it returns back to the height that you launched it from?

Please show your all work and steps I am really confused.
