Jared has to go to school. After school, he needs to stop at the grocery store before heading home. Jared's school is 5.8 miles from his house at 40° north of east. The grocery store is 2.6 miles from his house at 10° west of north. How far is Jared's school from the grocery store? Round the answer to the nearest tenth.
