A man pushes a 24-kg box across a frictionless floor. The box begins moving from rest. He initially pushes on thebox gently, but gradually increases his force so that the force heexerts on the box varies in time as F = (8 N/s)t. After 3 s,he stops pusing the box. The force is always exerted in thesame direction.
