A speeding car traveling at 120km/hr passes a cop that is traveling at the same speed in the opposite direction. Upoon seeing the cop,the car begins to accelerate. The cop immediately begins to pursue the car by reversing his direction and accelerating at 3 km/s^2 greater than the car. The cop notices that it takes him .1 km to completely reverse his direction before he can begin chasing the car. How far down the road from the initial point that they passed each other will the cop catch the car?
