Making ensuring staff like their jobs has effectively become an essential requirement for businesses. Nowadays, many offices feature fully supplied lounges, game rooms, creatively painted walls, and frequent social gatherings. Some even include a slide to slide to the next floor. However, other professionals caution that imposing enjoyment at work may have unfavourable effects. One critic cautions that once fun is legally institutionalised from the above, it may cause workers to grow resentful. They become enraged and frustrated because they feel patronised and denigrated. Explain how entertaining activities may increase consumer satisfaction as well as how they may reduce it using the paradigm of perception, attitudes, and behaviour.
