Assignment: Vision as a Leader (LSBCF) Interview
Effective school leaders set high learning standards for all children to achieve. They have a clear vision of what they want to accomplish, possess high ethical standards and strong values, and have a sound set of beliefs on which to base all education policies, decisions, and actions. Effective school leaders know how to enlist the support of all school stakeholders to collaborate in the develop of a rich, productive environment for teaching and learning in the school. This is a critical goal to achieve, because the most important factor in providing success education programs and practices is faithful adherence to a strong set of values and beliefs together with a shared vision. There is no question that the basic philosophy, spirit, and drive of a unified administration, faculty, staff, and community have far more to do with successfully educating all children than do technology or economic resources, organizational structure, or innovation. All these factors weigh heavily on success; however, they are transcended by how strongly the school leaders, faculty, and staff believe in basic precepts and how faithfully they carry them out.
Prior to your implementation of the beginning of your School Level Vision Project you will submit the following interview questions with your LSBCF:
