There are many different data resources when it comes to research. Archival data, semi-structured interviews, and field observations. The main strength of the interview is the rich and deep/meaningful data (Grand Canyon University, 2010). However, bias could be considered a weakness. The results could be skewed due to the researcher and how their behavior relates to how they feel about the topic. Archival data is that it is available but was it taken in the same way. Observations are firsthand data, but bias could be an issue. There need to be clear ways that all the data will be collected. From this data, the researcher will be able to determine how effective incentives are and how to change them to make them more effective. The collection of data is a delicate process that requires thought and integrity. It will have to make the study more reliable and reputable. The study needs to be carefully designed to get non-biased results.
